Digital Trends 2023; Nobody could have predicted where the year 2021 would take us: In these last months where the COVID-19 pandemic continues, there has been more digital transformation than in the last decade.

5G Will Finally Be Standardized

We’ve been hearing about the benefits of 5G for years, but it wasn’t until remote working, video conferencing and digital collaboration became mainstream parts of our lives this year that the need for reliable connectivity and more bandwidth became turned into a real and concrete benefit that we could all understand and appreciate. 5G is one of the TOP 2023 Digital Trends.

We have already seen an explosion of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) in recent months – and with good reason. Fragmented data from multiple sources can be notoriously difficult to organize, which is obviously not ideal for businesses that rely on timely and well-curated data to operate optimally, this is one of the 2023 digital trends that is well established as businesses already are requesting profiles with a Master in Big Data for their companies.

The hybrid cloud to power

We have known for a long time that companies are increasingly moving towards hybrid cloud infrastructure, without a doubt it is one of the digital trends for this 2023. From SaaS applications and on-premises solutions to a mix of public and private clouds, hybrid cloud strategies help organizations find the right balance for their unique cloud infrastructure needs.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are believed to be important to this digital trend as we will see the continued rise of attempts at nefarious activities that require more sophisticated tools and algorithms. This will prove to be a huge opportunity for the likes of Fortinet and Cisco in areas like firewalls and intrusion detection, as well as companies like Splunk and IBM for security identification and event management (SIEM).

The data

Undoubtedly one of the 2023 digital trends is the disappearance of third-party cookies, advertisers will seek every opportunity to have a more direct relationship with consumers and this means having a customer data platform (CDP) that allows them to unify the user experience. Users will also be more open to sharing their data or allowing tracking as long as it adds value and allows them to have an enhanced experience.

Privacy and computing

Another approach to underpinning cybersecurity, particularly when it comes to communication and data privacy, is confidential computing. The idea of confidential computing is to encrypt the entire computing process, not just the data, by creating additional layers of security around sensitive information. Google, Microsoft, IBM, Alibaba, and VMware are helping develop new protocols and best practices through the Confidential Computing Consortium .

e-commerce

This year, more and more brands will ensure that every point of contact with consumers is an opportunity to make a purchase. Digital trends in 2023 point to increasing investment in retail media and moving away from solely focusing on conversion goals, with major media players already offering commerce solutions. In addition, social networks will no longer be conceivable without social commerce, since influencers already influence purchases without leaving Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, etc.

Freemium market in digital audio

Another of the 2023 digital trends is digital audio , the freemium market (users who consume advertising in exchange for a free service) will continue to grow. Also, with the rise of audio during and after the pandemic, brands are beginning to understand that they need to build their audio brand and integrate a 360º audio strategy (podcast, social audio, ads).

Branded content

Non – expendable tokens (NFTs) are set to become an integral part of branded content strategies. Based on the Ethereum blockchain technology (one of the largest cryptocurrencies in the world), NFTs allow any digital content to be tokenized with a certificate of authenticity that identifies them as unique, non-repeatable, and non-exchangeable digital assets.

Headless technology disrupts industries

People are making much more use of online shopping. Research shows that 86% of businesses say their customer acquisition costs have increased in the last 24 months. This means two things: The first is that organizations need to maximize the return on investment of their net costs of acquiring new customers. By going beyond the omnichannel experience to connect everything from warehouses to storefronts to online services, businesses in 2022 could be more efficient, more streamlined, and possibly catch up with competitors if they embrace it a little faster than them.

Sports

The phenomenon of the Facebook metaverse and other digital trends 2022, the versatility, the rapid adoption of NFTs, and the engagement of communities with their teams through FAN TOKENS, will offer great opportunities for brands.

Esports-endemic companies will be able to develop points of interaction with their communities and non-endemic brands will be able to engage in one-off or longer-term activations with these communities, offering exceptional brand experiences while introducing their values and products to that territory and those products.

Another of the 2023 digital trends is to continue telecommuting . Even as economies slowly reopen and employees are finally allowed to return to work, businesses will continue to take it upon themselves to protect employees from potential outbreak resurgences. Many big tech companies like Google and Facebook have already extended their work-from-home policies to 2023. Even smaller companies are keeping this new flexibility as an operational option.

The coronavirus pandemic caught most companies off guard, but it also showed that you can continue to work effectively with remote employees, sometimes improving productivity and reducing operational costs. That is why the digital trend that will not be seen in 2023, is companies rushing to return to pre-COVID on-site work models.

E-Mail Marketing In Your Ecommerce : When we talk about email marketing, online stores often have doubts about the benefits of sending emails to their customers, or they don’t know how to follow an email strategy or gain subscribers, among other things.

Whatever the option, in this article we want to explain why email messages should be included in any marketing strategy for an ecommerce.

What Is Email Marketing In An Online Business?

Email marketing is a powerful tool within the digital marketing ecosystem. Its power lies in the fact that it is a direct connection between companies and customers, without intermediaries, and without third-party platforms or advertisements that divert the attention of the public from the messages.

Therefore, it is one of the best tools to retain your customers and keep them always up to date with your news and promotions.

Why Do You Need Email Marketing In Your ecommerce?

There are many reasons why you need to use email marketing in your online business. Therefore, to demonstrate the great impact that email campaigns have, below, we detail some of the most illustrative statistical data on the performance of email campaigns.

As already mentioned, email has the best ROI . But what is ROI? . It is the return on investment, a metric to know the benefits that an ecommerce obtains from the digital marketing actions it carries out. Email is the 3rd most influential source of information for the B2B public, it is only ahead of the recommendations of acquaintances and prominent famous people in each sector. Wordstream font. Likewise, Kinsta states that 87% of B2B marketers use newsletters as a distribution channel.

6 Tips For Your Email Marketing Campaign

It is essential that the emails you send to your audience are personalized. There are no excuses, there are many tools and options for your customers to feel that you are addressing them personally with each of the emails you send them.

Use the data you have about your audience from the forms to design a personalization strategy. Or think about what data could allow you to generate a more personal experience with your users, and try to achieve it. Once you have drawn up a plan and you are collecting the correct information, you can start with your campaign. In addition, we recommend that you try to increase the email databases, because that way you will have much more reach, you will really see the results of your campaigns and the segmentation will be larger and more effective.

Responsive is not an option

Your designs must be adapted to all mobile devices, since, as we have already mentioned, there is a high percentage of email openings from smartphones , and the trend is upward. So this is no longer an option, it is an imposition.

For example, keep in mind basic aspects such as structuring the content of your message in a single column to improve mobile reading. And of course, the template of your newsletter is responsive.

Responsive emails

Segment your list, your open rate and conversion rate depend on it

According to data from Mailchimp, segmented email marketing campaigns get almost 15% more opens and, according to statistics carried out by HubSpot in 2020, almost 30% of marketers use segmentation as a tool to increase user interaction with your newsletters.

Segmenting your list will allow you to generate campaigns focused on the specific interests of your users. This way you can offer them relevant and useful information developed specifically for that segment. If you continue to send information that does not contribute anything to your users, it is quite likely that they will unsubscribe or that your emails end up in the spam folder. Also, if you want to prevent your emails from ending up in that folder, you should also learn how to avoid anti-spam filters in email marketing.

Include a video strategy in your campaign

To give you an idea, adding videos to your emails can increase the click-through rate of your users by up to 300% (Source:  Martech Advisor ).

Videos are a simple and attractive way to share your message. One of the advantages that they allow is that most users retain more information when watching a video than reading.

In addition to the creativity to generate a video from your content (webinar, tutorials, storytelling, etc.), you will have to analyze what works best for you when including the video in your newsletter: link, embedded video, etc.

Loyalty to your customers

We have already discussed the wonders of email marketing, now it’s your turn to use it wisely within your loyalty strategy .

The goal should be to maximize the lifetime of your customer , so you should be very clear about the journey to purchase and support the moments in which it can be decisive with email marketing. For that, you must know perfectly aspects such as the seasonality of your sector or the need that your product covers, in addition to intelligently managing the differentiating element that makes them choose you over the competition.

For example, anticipate the needs of your customers by reminding them that you are there. Keep them up to date with new products, changes in service, improvements in customer service, etc. Inform them with useful suggestions and relate them to what your company can do for them.

Best Newsletter Software

Currently, there are various programs to create newsletters , both free and paid, so you can choose the one that best suits the needs of your company. The good thing about managing campaigns through this software is that, in addition to wasting much less time than doing it manually, you will be able to obtain real analytics on the opening of emails and the traffic and clicks to your website, among other things.

  • MailChimp:

This free newsletter software stands out for being very intuitive, as it makes designing emails a simple task with which to obtain professional results. As for the analytics, it offers information on the interest aroused by the campaigns sent; opening data and, the clicks that have been converted into purchases. The free subscription allows you to send up to 12,000 emails per month and add up to 2,000 users to the database, so there are payment plans for those who need more features.

  • MailJet:

this tool, in addition to preparing and sending newsletters, is used to create transactional emails and SMS. It also provides basic message opening data , which will allow you to obtain information and optimize your marketing strategy. This software also has a payment plan, with which you can access much more specific analytics than in the case of the free one.

Connectif:

is a marketing automation tool that, in addition to email campaigns, allows you to create other types such as SMS, push, and retargeting to enhance your strategies. Likewise, it creates highly personalized shopping experiences thanks to the fact that it builds the Customer Journey in real time through the use of AI.

Sendinblue:

the program includes responsive templates with which to create newsletters quickly and easily, simply by making some customizations to adapt them to the company. Like the previous ones, it has a free plan and a paid plan, so depending on the needs of each company, you can choose one or the other.

EasyMailing:

It has an intuitive editor that also includes responsive templates. It allows you to have up to 250 subscribers and send a maximum of 2,000 emails per month. As for the statistics, they do not provide too much data in their free version, but they have different payment rates so that each ecommerce pays based on what they need from the tool.

Mailify:

It has a personalized support service, that is, an expert in digital marketing strategies helps companies that use the software both in defining the strategy and sending newsletters to their subsequent analysis. In addition, it has another new functionality called Smart Templates, with which 12 templates are automatically obtained with the visual identity indicated by the brand, simply inserting the web link and the program takes care of the rest. It has a free trial version of 30 days with 500 emails and 10 SMS as a gift, and later it begins to be paid, offering various rates.

One of the first things to work on when creating an email is the subject, as it will be the first thing that encourages customers to click on the email to open it. Create subjects that add curiosity, to give the impression to users that they cannot miss what you want to tell them.

If inside the newsletter you want to offer information to customers, such as about special offers, what you should do is write a short and concise text, oriented to the message you want to communicate, as well as use an attractive design that accompanies the text. . Of course, it should always be responsible for all kinds of devices and inboxes. Do not forget the call to action (CTA) button, which must be integrated with the content.

Another good way to design campaigns that can be very useful is to use segmentation in the structure of the email itself. In the following case, the campaign is carried out for database users who seem to be interested in running products: purchase history, and activity on the company website… and it is divided between men and women, so that each user goes directly to the category of products that interest you.

Segmented Email Marketing Campaign

Regarding transactional emails, which are the ones that are sent to customers as confirmation that they have made a purchase, have registered in our e-commerce or have reset their password, they must include all the information of the action that has been carried out. the client, but always taking into account the design and brand image of the online store.

  • Transactional email

This example represents how a remarketing strategy works. On many ecommerce, if you perform a search, but do not end up buying or booking, it is most likely that you will receive an email of this type. These emails usually include elements that will try to convince you to complete the transaction, such as discounts for your next reservation or purchase. This type of email marketing is very effective.

  • Newsletter remarketing campaign

The following email not only seeks to sell but also to generate interactions and for users to communicate with the brand, something essential to bring users closer and maintain a more active relationship.

Is there a future

Some are ignorant enough to believe that “email marketing is dead”. Is there a future in email marketing for small businesses?

Short answer: YES

Email marketing is one of the most effective ways to reach and engage your audience. Below, we will discuss the main reasons why your brand needs to develop an email marketing strategy and start implementing campaigns in the near future.

Email is a huge part of our lives as professionals, individuals, and yes, even consumers. There’s a good chance you can count these people on one hand.

Email marketing allows you to personalize your messages and tailor them to customer actions.  You can also segment your audiences to make sure the right candidates get the most impactful information at the most effective times. (More on this later).

Reasons:

Not convinced of the importance of email marketing? We’ve put together a list of reasons why your brand needs to start using email marketing to reach and engage your target customers:

1. Email marketing is profitable. No matter what new tactics or strategies emerge in the next few years in the world of digital marketing, one thing will always remain the same. Companies need to find tactics that allow them to maximize their marketing budget while also achieving their overall goals.

Similarly, email marketing tactics like segmentation and triggered campaigns help you get the most for your money, allowing you to grow your business without spending all of your income on digital marketing. The cost-benefit is one of the main reasons why your business should take advantage of the importance of email marketing.

2. The number of consumers using mobile devices on a daily basis continues to rise. In fact, the number of mobile phone users worldwide is expected to exceed five billion.

Any images or videos you use within your content should be small so they can be quickly and easily uploaded and viewed on a mobile device.

When it comes to written content, be sure to keep your mobile email content short and sweet, making sure all email links are clickable and lead to pages that are also mobile-friendly.

3. There are many digital marketing processes that cannot be automated.  (At least not successfully.) However, email marketing lends itself well to automation. You can use triggers and workflows to automatically send messages to consumers after they’ve taken a specific action.

4. The further we move into the digital age, the more important personalization becomes for consumers. Instead of just showing us ads for the same products as everyone else, digital consumers want marketing to be more personal and tailored to their needs and preferences. In fact, in one study, they found that learning what your audience wants is the key factor in succeeding in email marketing.

Hyper-personalization will become even more important in digital marketing.  By using triggers, mobile integration, and data collection from other platforms, companies can help improve the relevance of their campaign content.

5. As the importance of email marketing continues to increase, so will the interactivity of email. Email marketing offers businesses the opportunity to deliver interactive content directly to consumers’ inboxes, at a much lower cost than other marketing tactics.

By creating more interactive email content, your business will not only be able to better engage your audience but also integrate other channels into your digital marketing.

For example, if you share a video in an email, you can use social sharing buttons to encourage others to share the video content on their own social media pages.

6. Another reason your business needs email marketing is that email marketing metrics are easy to track and measure over time.

That way, there’s no guesswork or questions about whether or not the tactics you’re using are working.

With the right email software, you can even perform A/B testing, allowing you to see which specific elements of your emails provide the best results.

For example, you can test different subject lines to see which leads to higher open rates or test different offers to see which offer drives the most conversions.

Start Growing Your Business With Email Marketing

Now that you know the importance of email marketing and how your business can use it to grow, it’s time to start making an implementation plan.

If you want to have successful email marketing campaigns, you’ll need to start considering how your email list will grow, and what type of content you’ll offer to your subscribers. An agency that offers email marketing services knows exactly what it takes to help you grow your email list and provide quality content that engages and converts your target audience.

We also see them in lamps, thermostats, coffee pots, cameras, and locks. In short, speaking has become a new way of writing . In this blog we delve into the possibilities of voice marketing for your business and how creating a strategy can help infinitely.

What Is Voice Marketing?

According to the National Center for Voice and Speech, an average of 150 words are spoken per minute while only 40 are typed per minute. Also, the underlying AI technologies are getting smarter.

Product and service developers are constantly trying to create a smoother and easier interaction between man and machine. In recent decades, for example, we have seen the introduction of the keyboard, mouse, and touch screens. But they are still unnatural tools for human beings.

So, as a brand, it’s time to give your business a voice. From the informative to the playful: the possibilities of voice marketing are greater than you think! We make a distinction between two types:

  • Voice search consists of asking specific questions to obtain information. For example, you can ask Siri what the weather will be like tomorrow, how to make a delicious banana cake, or where the nearest supermarket is.
  • Voice marketing is the use of voice assistants on your smart speaker or phone for marketing purposes. You increase your digital location capacity, solomo, and offer something else.

How To Get Started With Voice Marketing

How does this work in practice? You ask your voice assistant a question, which turns your words into a query that it launches into the search engine. The search engine then returns you the best answer which your voice assistant displays in turn.

As a business, you can save a lot of time by thinking about voice SEO for your website today.

How can you ensure that you remain discoverable when people search by voice?

It is crucial that you are found with voice searches because Google only gives the user one answer, it is all or nothing. Remember that an agency or a mobile marketing expert can advise you on what you need.

  • 72% use the device to play music,
  • 49% of users ask the voice assistant questions about the weather and news, 28% ask the assistant to control the house, and only
  • 14% work with Alexa or Google Assistant to make purchases.
  • Proof that ” Voice First ” is here to stay in the youth trend. Above all, to replace text messages with short text messages sent through Whatsapp and other chat services.

Below you will discover a series of successful examples of voice marketing.

  • Johnnie Walker

Johnnie Walker has been producing the best Scotch whiskeys since 1820. It is sold in 200 countries, making it the most consumed whiskey in the world.

The company sells no less than 120 million bottles a year. To personalize your customer’s shopping experience, you are betting on voice marketing.

  • Albert Hein

CONTROVERSIAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS : Carrying out a controversial advertising campaign pronounces companies, at the same time that they position themselves on a topic that is talked about in society. In addition, controversial advertising campaigns have not always been well received as in some cases they are considered malicious, harmful, offensive, and indifferent to a specific topic.

We will analyze the Superbowl ads that were the least received by the audience and the worst rating:

This year there were four cryptocurrency ads, this ad shows a lot of people assisting the planet by using cryptocurrencies while the “Fly Me to the Moon” song was playing in the background but it didn’t work. The ad features a person banging their head against the window, this scene was intended to be funny but it provokes a negative feeling about the product and the brand. Admeter rated the ad 65th out of a list of 66, giving it a ‘C’ rating on ADPLAN and 1 star out of 5 on Advertising Age.

eToro is a company founded in Israel by a group of local investors. eToro is regulated by a wide variety of top-tier regulators in each country that it operates. As it has financial strength and supervises before its IPO, it makes us consider that it is a safe broker. eToro is aimed at the millennial and beginner audience that seeks to access the financial markets in a simple way and have a large number of financial products within reach in an app.

TACO BELL “THE GREAT ESCAPE”

That TacoBell is on this list is surprising because most of the time it has a good rating. In the ad, they try to make fun of Mcdonald’s by showing unattractive clowns and bad food in a disrespectful way. The rest of the ad sees Doja Cat on an outing, she tries to make good brand statements by saying that the producers of the ad think she’s funny. The ad was ranked 53rd on Admeter, receiving an F and 1.5 stars from Ad Age. eros critics on ADPLAN.

Taco Bell is an American fast food restaurant chain specializing in Mexican and Texas food. Taco Bell was founded in Irvine, California in 1962 by Glen Bell. Restaurants can choose from a variety of Mexican -inspired food including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, novelty items, and specials, as well as offering a “cheap menu. “

CRYPTO.COM

Cryptocurrencies are a new product on the market, in the announcement they offer a clear and intelligent guarantee on the long-term acceptance of the product. They even try to drive users to their website with a QR code that pops up during the ad, but it was ineffective. During the announcement, LeBron James comes out in the past and they try to show how he could have gotten even richer with this type of service. The ad was ranked 49th on Admeter, receiving a C from ADPLAN and 2.5 stars from Advertising Age.

Crypto.com is a platform that operates with cryptocurrencies, on the platform we can buy and sell, make payments, or investments. They also have cards that work in a similar way to bank cards. The main difference is that it allows you to top up the balance with cryptocurrencies.

SALESFORCE “THE NEW FRONTIER”

It is difficult to understand that an ad with the likable Matthew McConaughey could be on this list. He stars as an astronaut who gives up being in space to help with Earth’s problems. To solve the problems I use the software services of the brand but it is difficult to distinguish which brand it is because there is very little reference. The ad ranked 36th on Admet.

Salesforce is a platform that is based on the service customer relationship management (CRM) software that is in the cloud and provides to all departments of your organization. These include the department of marketing, sales, user service, and virtual commerce, it is software that unifies the service clients in an integrated platform.

WALLBOX “CAN #SUPERCHARGEDSETH CLOSE WITH ELECTRICITY AGAIN?”

This ad is the story of the protagonist who was struck by lightning in the past and from then on his nickname is “Supercharged Seth”. Due to this incident, the protagonist cannot connect anything to an electrical outlet, but this did not generate empathy among the audience since it was an unbelievable story and had little relevance to the product. Also, most people don’t think plugging something in is inherently dangerous if they’re careful.

Wallbox is a global company dedicated to improving the way the planet uses energy. They have smart charging systems that combine cutting-edge technology with exceptional design, managing communication between the car and the charger through simple-to-use apps.

The post What Is Programmatic Advertising And How Does It Work? appeared first on Web Snipers.

Programmatic Advertising : The Internet has changed everything. The world of communication is possibly one of the worlds that have seen the most changes and advertising, in particular, saw an unimaginable leap a few years ago when the only way for brands to reach their potential customers was to search for publications whose target audience resembles, more or less, yours, and then buy space there. Today everything has changed, that’s why we want to talk to you about programmatic advertising.

It is true that during the early years of the Internet, the ad buying system remained very similar to that of a lifetime, with the purchase of banners or other ads on web pages whose audience interested the advertiser, generally reaching an agreement for the CPM (cost per thousand impressions).

However, technological evolution, the appearance of real-time bidding, and, above all, big data have resulted in a radical change.

Principles Of Programmatic Advertising

In a previous post we have already talked a little about programmatic advertising, but today we want to tell you about the process in more depth. Fundamentally, it is the automated purchase of advertising impressions. That is, instead of buying a package of impressions in a medium, the impression is purchased individually. Three basic actors are involved in this process:

Advertisers:

The brands that want to make themselves known and the agencies that support them, adapting their ad to the appropriate media.

The publishers: are the ones who put both the technological means and the spaces so that the message reaches the user.

Users: Obviously, if there are no visits and there is no one to see the ad, that is, none of this would make sense.

What is the process?

Every time you access a web page you are launching a mechanism that lasts just a few milliseconds and that may seem incredible. It is a process that would be impossible without big data and the large amount of data that companies have accumulated from users.

The process is the following:

  • Pick (choice): the advertiser establishes the criteria under which he wants his ads to be displayed and enters them into an advertising platform.
  • Match – The platform searches the networks and buys the indicators that match the advertiser. Websites sell their data to platforms, so it’s relatively easy to do.
  • Trigger: a user enters the web page. At this time the following occurs:
    • Cookies are made with the necessary data and the user’s profile is established.
    • Start an automatic bid between the advertisers for whom that profile is interesting.
    • The editor chooses the one that most interests him..
  • Tracking (monitoring): Once the ad has been displayed, the user’s reaction is analyzed and the results of the campaign are tracked in real-time.

This process is repeated thousands and thousands of times, in just nanoseconds, each time a web page is opened.

Platforms That Make Programmatic Buying Possible

Programmatic buying would not be possible without these participants:

  • DSP Platforms (Demand Side Platform): it is the platform in which the advertisers establish their parameters and the one in charge of making the bids as well as measuring the results obtained.
  • SSP platforms ( Sell Side Platform): this is where media and publishers introduce the offer of available spaces. It is an automated business management tool for websites to manage their ads.
  • DMP platforms (Data Management Platform): they seek to perform centralized data management, allowing advertisers to only have to indicate the audience they are interested in. They normally work with the advertiser’s own data (1st party data) or provided by external sources (3rd party data), but they can also work with data from a specific medium provided by the advertiser (2nd party data).
  • AD Exchange platforms: they are the ones who put advertisers in contact with those who offer their spaces.
  • Trading Desk platforms: they are in charge of automatically managing the purchase of advertising from media agencies.

We hope that this post has helped you to learn what programmatic selling is and how it can be useful to you.

Real estate agencies have returned to the streets. In the last five years, the sector has grown by 70%, a phenomenon that has been driven by the economic recovery, the return of bank credit, and the reactivation of the works that had been pending. This also means that there is more competition and that if you want to stand out from your competitors, you need to implement different real estate marketing techniques.

5 Online Marketing Ideas To Boost Your Real Estate

Apply local SEO techniques. Real estate agencies, even the largest ones, carry out work at the territory level, so they need to apply a local SEO strategy that allows them to stand out in search results for the area where they operate. Complete your Google My Business profile 100% and make sure you enter the correct name of your real estate agency, its address, and contact details. Use an attractive and professional profile photo that encourages users to click. And don’t forget to include the city where you operate in the keywords you use to improve your positioning in local results.

  • Retarget.

It is unlikely that someone will buy a house that they have only seen once on your website, so it is important that you re-impact that visitor. Creating ads tailored to users who have visited the real estate website, and those you post on Google or Facebook is a very profitable marketing strategy for real estate. Reports indicate that 30% of consumers react well to retargeting, the CTR of these ads is 10 times higher than that of conventional ads, and the chances of conversion increase by 70%.

  • Stream a live video to showcase the property.

Users are increasingly consuming live video, spending 3.5 minutes on mobile compared to 2.8 minutes on traditional video, as this report indicates. A live video through Facebook, Instagram, and/or YouTube conveys the sensation of immediacy, novelty, and exclusivity, values that play in favor of real estate sales. It also gives you the ability to interact with your audience and answer their questions live.

  • Start a campaign with influencers.

Influencers create a strong emotional bond with their followers, such that their posts generate 3 times more visits, twice as many shares, and 12 times more comments than those of traditional celebrities, according to the Digital Marketing Institute. Incorporating them into your real estate marketing strategy will help you ensure that your target can see themselves in the property and make it their home so that they are encouraged to buy.

  • Create an attractive lead magnet to capture leads.

Find out what your audience is interested in and create an irresistible lead magnet to help you capture leads. It should be content that adds real value, for example, a report that helps investors get an idea of the local real estate market or a guide to help people find the perfect property for them.

5 Offline Marketing Ideas For Real Estate

  • Organize seminars.

A good real estate marketing strategy is to provide free seminars for homebuyers where you explain the basics of home ownership and mortgages. Remember that marketing is all about the value you bring, so investing a little time and energy in these types of activities will help you build strong relationships that will come to you when they’re ready to buy a home.

  • Hold open days.

With an open day, you will be able to increase the number of visits to the property in a short period of time. That day, people can visit the house without an appointment, which tends to attract more interested parties and, as competition for the house increases, the chances of selling it quickly also increase. You can promote this event through local press and radio or social media.

  • Send cards to owners.

As a real estate agent, you not only need to attract clients who want to buy or rent, but you also need sellers to trust you with their property. A marketing strategy for real estate consists of taking advantage of the key dates of the year to send advertising cards to homeowners located in the area that interests you. Don’t just build brand awareness, include interesting details like statistics on properties that have recently sold in the area.

  • Write in the local press.

Chances are there are local magazines or newspapers in your town that are happy to host a professional section on the area real estate market. It is not about writing a commercial text but about providing interesting data that helps to better understand the local market. With the press advertising used to improve marketing for real estate, you will gain credibility and brand recognition.

  • Give a welcome pack.

When choosing a real estate agency, many people continue to be guided by the recommendations of friends and acquaintances. Providing memorable service to your customers is a way to make a lasting impression that will increase the likelihood that they will recommend you. Something as simple as a welcome pack that includes dinner at a local restaurant or tickets to the theater or a spa is a detail that will allow you to make a difference.

The Right Pricing Strategy | Pricing Decisions Are Difficult https://websnipers.com/the-right-pricing-strategy/ https://websnipers.com/the-right-pricing-strategy/#respond Mon, 05 Dec 2022 05:36:19 +0000 https://websnipers.com/?p=4656 Right Pricing Strategy : Business owners, directors, officers, and managers create value by making good

The post The Right Pricing Strategy | Pricing Decisions Are Difficult appeared first on Web Snipers.

]]>
Right Pricing Strategy : Business owners, directors, officers, and managers create value by making good decisions. Some are creative decisions, some have to do with the interpersonal realm, and many of them are quantitative in nature and have to do with money. There are many decisions to be made in managing a business, but without a doubt, of all of them, none is more important than the one to be made about how much we are going to charge for our products or services.

Pricing decisions are both art and science. They require qualitative and quantitative information so that by integrating both sources, the objective of optimizing the value captured for the company is fulfilled. But whether it’s art or science, it’s a proven fact that after a pricing decision has been made, no one is happy with it.

The Pricing Strategy: Three Bad Habits

Pricing strategy is the area of marketing that managers are most insecure about. The reason for this insecurity is the feeling that “whatever we do, we are always in a position to lose something”.

If we set prices too low we lose margin and if we set prices too high we lose customers. That is the question: lose margin or lose customers.

What actually happens is that there is no “pricing strategy”, but rather a “pricing mechanism” made up of a series of automatically applied rules. In our experience, these rules are inspired by three well-established (bad) habits.

1. Apply the markup!

The most widespread way of setting prices is to mark a percentage of the cost of the product. It is fast, simple, and easy to implement in the case in which we are managing product portfolios with a large number of references. However, it is dominated by a hypothesis that today is making water everywhere: that the predisposition of a consumer to pay a certain price for a certain product is fundamentally related to the cost of producing it.

2. The curse of the “factory that cannot stop”

One of the most destructive pricing strategies I know of is setting the price to saturate the volume of the production floor. The arguments are quite simple:

  • First: if the plant stops, we lose a lot of money. Therefore, let’s apply the price that is necessary so that the plant does not stop.
  • Second: the more volume we manufacture, the more money we make. Therefore, the price that leads us to produce the maximum volume of the plant applies.

3. Defend market share!

Why is little time and effort spent on designing a pricing strategy?

  • In the first place, because it is a complex process that requires a lot of information and the participation of a good number of people.
  • Secondly, in general, some companies lack a valid conceptual scheme to do so. Without a clear guide that orders the process, it can become overwhelming.
  • Third, inertia is a powerful force. Even when we suspect we are leaving some money on the table, changing pricing is always risky out of sheer fear of the hole getting bigger.

What is the value unit?

In its most basic form, it is the description of what you are charging for. MacDonald’s may sell hamburgers, but its unit of value is closer to a full menu than to each unit of product it sells, be it hamburgers, fries, or soft drinks.

When correctly defining a unit of value there are two fundamental principles:

  • Is the value unit aligned with the consumer’s need?
  • Is the value unit easy to understand?

Analysis of reference prices.

  • What is the reference price for our product?
  • To what extent are our customers aware of our competitors’ prices?
  • To what extent can customers vary their decisions based on future expectations
  • about the price?
  • Are there different reference prices for each consumer segment?

Analysis of the comparison process.

  • Is it easy to make price comparisons in this market?
  • Is the product so complex or so wide in possibilities that price comparisons are not easy to make?
  • Do customers have enough experience with the different providers to use this experience as a reference for future purchases?

Analysis of Change Costs.

  • To what extent are customers trapped (economically or psychologically) by any particular alternative in the market?
  • Does this situation have any time limitations?

Analysis of the quality-price ratio.

  • Is the price an element that clearly describes the quality of the product?
  • What is the price below which the product begins to be of suspect quality?
  • Does the quality of the product improve when a price threshold is exceeded?
  • What proportion of the price differential is attributable to the brand?

Expenditure effect analysis.

  • How important is the proportion of spending of each client on our product in relation to their income?
  • Can we establish a segmentation taking into account the above?

Analysis of the final benefit.

  • What is the final benefit that customers are looking for when they pay for our product?
  • What is the proportion in which our product satisfies the final benefit that

What are customers looking for?

Analysis of the moment of entry effect

  • What has been the evolution of the price of our product and those of reference?
  • Can our pricing policy harm the first buyers or the last ones?
  • What is the responsibility of the commercial network on the price?

If the sales team is paid by volume and they don’t have the ability to alter the price, it will become a constant enemy. If the sales force has the ability to act on the price, and is paid by the volume, then pray that the real price will always be below the target.
